Clinical Diagnosis & Treatment Recommendations
You will be contacted by Kerrie Wheeler, LCPC, to schedule a phone or on-line interview. The interview is interactive, and it takes anywhere from one to two hours. (You will not be responsible for long distance charges.) She will then develop a written report of the mental health assessment and provide a full diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Unless you seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier, you will be the only one with access to this information. No record of your diagnosis or treatment recommendations is maintained by anyone but you. Unless reportable by law (see confidentiality tab), all information you share with Kerrie Wheeler, LCPC or any health services provider is completely confidential and protected by law.
